 EHAP® is a voluntary, education-first real estate benefit that guides and supports employees through the home-buying process. It is offered at zero cost and requires zero administrative lift for the employer. 

 EHAP® was created by Ray Pearson in 2021 and formally registered in January 2023. The program was designed to give employers a practical, no-cost way to support employees through the home-buying process. 

 Exclusive Buyer Agency means we only represent buyers, ensuring 100% loyalty and thus eliminating conflicts of interest. 

 Employers do not pay program fees. Our services are funded through the standard commission split upon a successful real estate closing, meaning the program is supported only when an employee chooses to buy a home through us and a closing occurs. There is no direct cost to the employer or the employee. 

 We utilize proprietary software and proven sourcing methods—including research on expired/withdrawn listings, builder connections, and other networks—to identify homes that are not publicly advertised on the major real estate portals. 

 No. Employees are never required to use a specific lender. EHAP® is designed to provide education, guidance, and choice.
