 EHAP® is a voluntary, education-first real estate benefit that guides and supports employees through the home-buying process. It is offered at zero cost and requires zero administrative lift for the employer. 

 The Employee Homeownership Assistance Program® was created by Ray Pearson in 2021 and officially copyrighted in January 2023 (Registration No. TXu 2-361-587). In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, Ray is also a mortgage loan officer and a licensed life insurance agent, offering well-rounded expertise to support home buyers at every stage.

 Exclusive Buyer Agency means we only represent buyers, ensuring 100% loyalty and thus eliminating conflicts of interest. 

 Employers do not pay program fees. Our services are funded through the standard commission split upon a successful real estate closing, meaning the program is supported only when an employee chooses to buy a home through us and a closing occurs. There is no direct cost to the employer or the employee. 

 We utilize proprietary software and proven sourcing methods—including research on expired/withdrawn listings, builder connections, and other networks—to identify homes that are not publicly advertised on the major real estate portals.
