Success‑Fee Discounts

All discounts apply to Cobbleridge’s listing‑side success fee and are disclosed in your listing agreement. Not an offer of reduced compensation to cooperating brokers. Subject to NYS law and brokerage policy.

  • Best Available Discount — You introduce EHAP® to your employer and they enroll within 30 days.
    • Your home is fully covered—from the moment you’re preparing to list, through the active selling stage, and all the way up to closing day
  • Standard Seller Discount — You introduce EHAP® but the employer does not enroll.
    • You still receive a discount for making the introduction.

Compliance note: Discounts are provided to you as the seller client, not as a thing of value for referrals. We do not exchange fees with unaffiliated settlement providers. Agency and disclosures are reviewed up front.
